Do not worry about sl and tp. EA manage them internally.

Nothing to do. If the EA is compatible with ECN broker, it will manage accordingly.

Do we have to choose a different magic number for each pair or must it be kept standard for all so that EA can manage all pairs together correctly ?

Having blown up many (demo) accounts including the odd small live using martingale eas in the past, i've been skeptical about ever using them again... BUT i gotta say it DOES look impressive.
