{quote} The masters of this technique will know better.. But is that a head and shoulders pattern forming? If it is then the charge up will be short lived by the movement down off the shoulder. Then we can be looking for the new trade off the neckline down.. If not...happy days for you and you've got yourself a good trade from a nice TC forming.. we will see as nothing has happened as yet when i was typing this.. good luck {image}

We are seeing USD strength (risk on appetite) following yesterday's comments from the US. The USDJPY trade is working out well, for now. Here is another trade I am following today: AUDUSD Daily is bearish (price below EMA8 and EMA 89, MACD making lower lows) 4hr pulled back to EMA21 but was unable to hold above, making a spinning top (doji) and breaking below MACD reversed slightly above the zero line - the classic TC pattern as I understand. With a break of the lows around 0.9265, we should see a nice movement into the weekend. What do you all think?...

Hi 4xtradercy,

I think your analize is/was correct.
The only thing I schould ask myself is. Is price not to far below the 8. You know another rule in this system is: if price below 8 price tends to go back to it. Well I don't follow the AUDUSD, so I don't have a felling with this pair. But this could be a valid question I quess.

Hope it's working !!

You can manage risk, but you can't manage the return

Dear all,

It is nice to have this thread gathering us = )

The method is more than just a set of analysis rule. It has shown me the way to understand
better about the market rhythm, and the psychology behind it. More importantly, it also teach me to
be more patient haha.. hours spent waiting for a pattern to develop obviously requires patience.

Hi ARROW,

It is well said! It is supporting to us all!

BTW, I am waiting too! I am expecting a turn around at the 89sma or so, to form a TC on the daily chart. Will see...

P.S. You have a clean chart, I like it!

Dear Yvon,

The price was unable to break below the trendline. So I take the TC pattern (BoZ) just now.
targeting the SMA 89, close enough to be closed before the weekend ^^

Update
The news hit the market:
INDONESIAN INVESTORS PAID 75 MLN EUROS FOR 70 PCT STAKE IN INTER MILAN, TOOK ON 180 MLN EURO DEBT -MORATTI - Reuters
(haha.. Indonesia, my country ^^ )

Hi ARROW,

thanks for bringing me back to the EURUSD.
I was expecting where the price is now :a pull back, pair is close to 21ema on the daily as well as close to 89sma on the 4hrs chart.I can still see a possible TC down, expecting a weakness on the daily macd.-the pair is facing a larger resistance. Taking a long position is ok.. I act temporary bullish on it...
will see !
ARROW, I like the way you act on a trade, It is a challenge and a good support, keep doing the very good work you are doing,

Yes Yvon,

I think I can see EU movement on your point of view. What a heavy resistance up there.
Totally agree with you, I will wait until the price hit my current TP/SL then move
to daily chart and look out for imminent threat to EU bull.

So this is my scenario:
1 will it break above the trendline (and stay above it) open the way to 1.38
2 or will it break below SMA 89 or the BRN (1.34) and bring the EU down to SMA 200 (around 1.32)

comments and critics are most welcome.

"Binnie, where are you? we miss your thought and the clean-and-easy-to-understand chart"

have a nice weekend. The market will always waiting for us = )

Salam sukses,

I'm going with you on this one...price down to 200/365 1.3250 area...this will be my target area for buying..
This is from the Daily chart

On the H4 all the MA's are getting close together...what does this mean?

Hi Family:
Nice to know I have been missed ( thanks Arrow ). I have taken a self-imposed break from sitting in front of my screen. Much needed break . As you guys know, it can become very time consuming posting & updating charts & trades and I was getting a bit tied to my Laptop so when I saw the increased participation on the thread, I decided that it would be the right time to concentrate on my own skills for a few weeks. I have been following all posts with great interest as I am pretty passionate about what we are doing here. Tomorrow, I start with a local Trust as a voluntary advocate to help those persons who have suffered physical injury through accident and who have not been successful in obtaining assistance to aid a full recovery and return to work. Even though this is a voluntary position, I do not yet know what time I will need to dedicate to this so not sure about how often I will be able to contribute . I can guarantee though , that I will be as active as much as possible. Now we have got the thread going strong again ( & growing) , we need to continue as a close family and help each other in our quest for success.
Right - enough of my ranting, on to business

I was only a lurker here for months/years and could see the thread had gone quiet, so it was mostly due to reading your posts with clear charts with your explanations / questions that made me want to start posting and asking questions, while putting my own analysis into practice for discussion.

Any voluntary work is a huge commitment to ones life and is one of the most unselfish acts we can do, definitely unpaid but very rewarding for you and the people you help, well done...

Enough gushing now hahaha welcome back..

When i read the thread from the beginning or a part that i jump in, i was always wonder about the posters who were posting then and what happened and how they moved on, are they still trading etc.....i guess people take a break for many reasons...

good luck all
Richard

WAITING FOR EURO TO SHOW ITS HAND
I see everyone's ideas on what the Euro might do and it will be interesting to watch it unfold. I remain pretty neutral on this one as I cannot see any prospect on the H4 at the moment. I agree with you all that the Daily is showing a possible re-test of that T/Line Resistance but what I am seeing is a Bullish Hidden Divergence so a re-entry to the channel would not surprise me. Whatever way this goes, we have been given the tools by Phillip to determine whether we want to play or not. Lets keep each other posted and we can grab a nice winner together .
