Nice little trade on GJ for me ...

Have set up some of JJRE's "stochinators" (was trying to think what to call it, that'll do), so watch them to see trades forming. Saw the GJ forming, with m15 and m30 lining up nicely, and a nice bounce off DP to boot, got ready, waited for the signal to arrive, entered, and up she went.

Exited at around +20, that was enough for me for today.

Some very poor trading in November by me so far, so I think my plan, to keep me on the straight and narrow, will be to trade on the m5 and focus on those HPTs where m15 and m30 stochs are lining up or at least moving in the same direction.

Tried m1, but just not a goer for at the moment, definitely need some discipline there.

I was watching EJ and EA, both of which had trade-able opportunities around LO....and I missed both of them!!

The stochinator....lol.....love it!!!!

I exited at the same point [EDIT: a few bars later but at the same price]
It was a CT trade and the rejection at Fridays high was enough to shake me out.
EA was a good trend trade I didnt take, wary of a thump down to test the DP and HTF "stochinators" were all a bit high.

No complaints, daily target met.

I got into an "RJ" special set up short on GU, but this time took the pips at +29 just before news.
Got alot on this week and that trade gets me to weekly target plus a few.

I've took GU +20. I've opened position after LO, and my plan was if I manage to get to BE before the GBP news, I will stay in the position, otherwise i will close it. But, I've put TP +20 and as I was away from charts for 2 minutes, my TP got hit before the news. Not to complain, I have 20 pips more but I could have reach my weekly target in just this trade, if I just stayed in front of the charts whole time.
Never mind, onto next trade opportunity

Nice work - both of you taking profit over greed.

There was definitely an entry opportunity earlier on GJ, I didn't take it at the time (I think just not quite my ideal setup) ... hindsight always 20/20, but of course, the news could have thrown it the other way too!

I didn't catch it all....I had my TP at the DP as I forgot about the news

So I left a lot of pips on the table, but +35 is all good.
