Some equally important data will be the employment report on Wednesday and then the GDP (Very important) next week.
So, there are a few event risks lined up for Cable which is probably why it has been hesitant to rush down to test 1.5900
Overall, once these events are out of the way, I believe we shall see the low 1.55xx area and then we see from there.

Good Morning, afternoon and evening fellow EurAnalysis readers.
It seems that I have neglecting my own thread. Once a thread that was in the top 3 most popular threads in Forex Factory.
I guess I got a bit too adventurous and started posting in other threads such as the Cable thread, the Aussie thread and one of my favorites.. The Club. Unfortunately in the process of running around, I forgot to visit home regularly.
Well folks, that adventurous spirit is about to come back home to roost. From now on I will be posting here daily and reviving this once busy thread. I invite you all to start participating again and hope that we can rebuild a nice community of quality posters and readers.
It's late in the day for me now, so I will be retiring to a nice comfortable bed shortly, but starting tomorrow, it's back to business.
Until then, I bid you all a temporary farewell.
I leave you now with a legend... one of the most popular acoustic artists of the 1970s, John Denver.

Using simple PA with trend lines and channels, I definitely see a solid topping pattern.
Of course my party can easily be ruined by a breach of my new blue descending channel, but for now the transition from Red ascending to blue descending seems to be intact.
A breach of blue channel resistance will likely be rejected by the 141% fibo level.

The USDOLLAR seems to have suffered a bit of a set back yesterday during Yellen's yellin', but has still respected the rising channel.
Let's see if this holds into the weekend. So far, it's looking good.

The Euro is what it is. Same old resilient and stubborn pair that isn't going to die without a big fight.
If it is the ECB's intention to lower this exchange rate (as it should be), they are failing miserably as capital flows continue to cross the world's oceans into the European equity markets... and now that the ECB has cut rates and has hinted that it may launch other easing tools, this makes Euro stocks even more attractive. Typically this should lower the Euro, but I'll believe that when I see it. Too much false hope has been invested by me in this pair to perform like it should (down to hell), so from now on, I'll hold on to existing shorts, but look for my lunch money elsewhere.
As can be seen from the charts, the red ascending channel has been broken to the downside and has been retested and held. So from here, we should see more down, but there is much support to chew through, like the longer term blue ascending channel as well as many established virgin demand zones. This will be a work in progress, but I'm still fully bearish this pair. Just selling into rallies with stops at key levels.
