It is very shocking for me to see how EU and other USD pairs have reacted to the FOMC minutes published yesterday. I wonder how anyone can ever predict that FOMC can taper in their next meeting when their are no signs on recovery in the US economy after the US shutdown. No matter how the news releases within this month is +ve, do you think just a single +ve non farm or employment news can allow FED to taper.

My views on taper would be no where near after the US shutdown. I am also expecting FED to increase their QE program if the US shutdown effected their economy more badly then expected... Next 3-4 months will be exciting to watch how FED react at the moment.

It would be rare to see upside from here with this kind of setup. Hitting support around the 690 but should fall further for next few hours.
