If it is believed that a European economic recovery is in progress, then it is logical to assume that a stock market recovery will be strongest in the weakest nation... at least from a price to earnings (PE) ratio perspective. This makes sense to me. However, this 40% gain will be extremely data sensitive. One negative EZ data release, or some news that the Fed will taper sooner, and it will all unravel.

Well, scratch that idea... at least for now anyway.
Looks like we have a head/shoulders neckline breach.
It's not confirmed yet, but if it plays out, we're heading to 1.3670.
Just need 1.3755 to hold the line and we have confirmation.
