Hey Tau! I tend to agree, I am looking at a buy option for the 1.3760 strike price if I can get it on the cheap. Looking for a spike.

I am taking this scalp based on an indicator I slapped together over the week-end. It's an ugly mother - but it tends to give good scalp opportunity and picks good tops/bottoms as a rule.

Rewards on 4hr/Daily/Weekly obviously better.. taking this scalp on 1hr, so only looking for a few..

Have to find something to trade in between the longer term positions.

Depending of tomorrow FOMC but technicaly I expect the EuroUSD to go first to 1.396x before we hit a big sell zone to 1.34. 1.37010 could give us a buy oportunity. biger buy zone 1.365x.

Am not sure how about you, but I dont like this little sign of deflation in US. I mean, USD is weakening all across the board, bonds up, stocks up and we get negative PPI. Well you know how I dont like BLS and these twisted numbers, but... I was expecting much bigger reaction to these news. Moreover, retail sales were bad as well, so US sells less and cheaper goods. In an enviroment where we believe expectations of QE taper/no taper is moving the market, this would move it. I think this is actually second week in row where USD stops to react to taper expectations, so am assuming those are already priced in, and due to the fact USD was weakening till now, one could think market is now convinced for quite some time, that there will be no taper anytime soon.
