Looking for a retrace to .9414 considering all things equal. A close below .9515 should do it.

The highs were just over 50% retracement of the 1.0597 high. Good retracement point IMO

AUD/USD .9506 .. Looks to me like a clear break of .9480-90 level will see a slide to .9250

Not everyone. I called 9320/9280 as bottom of abc correction and was calling for a return higher to 9620. I was 120 pips off on the 9620 call, but so far I've been right on the zig zag action.
Now I am still calling for a move lower to 9445, and then we'll see.

You certainly did Piptrapper. Definitely can't rule out a move lower to 9445 maybe even 9400 but just another dip to buy for me.

Let's see how this 4h candle closes in a few minutes. Has really halted around where I expected it to find support. We'll soon see if it bounces or sinks lower

RBA Governor Believes The Aussie To Weaken In The Future. so be careful to buy aud . AUD strength is not supported by the fundamentals.

I'll wait till we get to those levels before making a call on this, because if the USD gains some legs on USD profit taking (short covering) by the hedgies, it may go much lower. Then we have the FOMC event risk. If there is the slightest hint of taper before 2014, or if the masses decide that there was one, even if there wasn't, then I think we head towards finishing off that wave 5 (see chart)

You are correct, but the market doesn't give a toss about Aussie fundamentals. They are only fixated on QE4EVA

Yes eventually we will need to retest 9560/70, but this hidden divergence can extend quite a bit more first. Time will tell.

Hey guys, after posting my cloud analysis the other day. I did buy a little on 4h cloud support and that brought 35 pips. But I stand corrected about my mid term view.. The dovish steven comments last night shifted fundamentals. Got short at.9550 and stop is at .9528. I was wrong about a move to.99. I amnot afraid to admit when I got it wrong but I trade what my charts tell me and it's making me some pips.


If I have any advice to a new trader. It would be, follow your strategy even when your bias has changed. I've gotten burned so many times when I had a TP in mind and kept fighting PA! Anyway look to sell dips until .9550 is taken out.

also audnzd looks to be consolidating unless we break below 1.1444
