Harmonic and Classic Patterns

I'm so sorry ,my english is very poor.Maybe I can't understand the whole meaning about what you said. Now I'm using the GARTLEY PATTERN,such as butterfly , crab , and so on. I also puzzled about this system.Personally, I think the "Traders Dynamic Index"is a very good indicator.I've used it for a long time.You can search the key word "bige" to find the information.

feedback about ZUP vs KorHarmonics ? do you use both of them ?

I'm new in this forum and a novice on trading (only 2 years)
I'm using now Zup v135 all, but don't really know how to use it, anyone knows where do i find some kind of manual?
Quick question, when it finds AB=CD it also appears Bearish .786*, what these numbers mean?
Just another, will it always search for patterns that may develope after installed? Or do i have to activat it everytime i want it to search for a pattern, i tried before the zup v93, and i noticed some patterns that v93 showed, are not showing up on v135. Am i doing something wrong?
With Zup, i just installed ZigZag_nen1, do i need to install the other indicators that come in the .rar for zup to work properly?

I will do my best to answer some of your questions and I am hoping that my insights are very helpful to you...
First of all, you don't really need a manual to understand ZUP V135, you simply need to familiarize yourself
with different type of Harmonic Patterns (Hint: Train your eyes to Identify them, and try to memorize all the Fib
ratios)...
I like to believe that Gartleys, Butterflies, and Cyphers are very profitable, you just need to master one pattern at a time.

There are so many great things about ZUP v135, but what I like the most is the fact that this indicator gives you tons of
emerging patterns and completed ones...In order words, you can definitely trade the C-Leg (Aggressive C) and take
profits when the D-Leg is completed and then reverse to follow the trend on the D-Leg (PRZ) completion...

PRZ = Potential Reversal Zone

Important: Not all patterns are going to be a Hail Mary, so you need to be flexible and always follow the TREND.

-" AB = CD /Bearish .786" ----- ( as you should know .786 is a Fib ratio, it tends to complete the D-Leg by using your
Fibonacci Tool... Even though you have all the triangles on your chart, it's important to verify them legs with Fibs Lines.)

Note: A Retracement of the distance between X to C should give you a nice Fib ratio for the D completion... 78.6% is that
ratio, but sometimes that D-Leg can extend a little bit to 88.6%. Not to forget some people use the distance between B to
C to identify that D-Leg, that Fib ratio could be 127.2% or 161.8%.

-The best way to Activate ZUP V135 on all your charts is to save it as a template/give it a name and every time you open a NEW
chart, you simply open that named template on it, and all the features will be activated and work perfectly on them charts in MTF.

MTF = Multiple Time Frames

-" ZUP v135 vs ZUP v93 " ------Remember ZUP v135 is the latest version, and you should expect it to be better and on top of that
you don't have to trade all patterns, you have to estimate your risk/reward ratios to get the best results on them patterns.

If I'm not mistaken ZUP v135 should have all the features you need, and installing an extra indicator is unnecessary.

The Fib that show on the indicator, is it to set TP on fib from CD leg?

By the way, the Fib that shows on the indicator has nothing to do with profits taking.

When you use your regular Fibonacci tool on MT4, you simply start out from C-Leg to D-Leg.

Target1: 38.2% retracement of CD Leg

Target2: 61.8% Retracement of CD Leg...

Note: When I day-trade, I tend to use 78.6% as a third target on smaller timeframes because when a Pattern is completed, another one
is always in the way...

It can display as many pairs and time frames as you like. I wrote it a while ago but haven't made it available for download as there are some proprietary elements in it. The dashboard is basically the same indi loaded multiple times: one per pair. It reads the current pattern from a csv file, produced by a version of ZUP that I changed. I will try to find some time, in the next couple of weeks, to make shared versions of both ...

ZUP Dashboard

I managed to find a bit of time this morning, so here is a copy of the Dashboard indi and the amended version of ZUP.

As mentioned earlier, the ZUP indi creates a little CSV file with the most recent pattern found. The Dashboard indi reads that CSV file and displays the info.

You will need to load the ZUP indi on every pair and every time frame that you'd like to display the info about in the dashboard.

The Dashboard indi is loaded once per pair and will display the three time frames that you chose.

If you want to use a different version of ZUP, you just need to copy the relevant code over (video shows where the code is).

To all the good people out there, who appreciate how many days of coding time goes into these things, please accept my apologies for the following cynicism ...
Due to time constraints, I can't provide extensive support on how to use this (the video should explain all) and it's very unlikely that I'll be able to make modifications. Sadly, past experience has shown that lots of people will happily download free indicators, not show one iota of gratitude but happily complain and request support (without doing their own due diligence) and modifications as if the author has all the free time in the world and is enslaved to the ingrates. I hope that proves not to be the case ...

Having said that ... I trust the Dashboard and amended ZUP prove useful to all who use it.

The dashboard is picking up the last detected pattern on the charts, problem is some of the patterns are already not valid and still posted on the dashboard while waiting for the next pattern to be formed.

Can we hide those pattern which are already completed or moved?

I'm using ZUP Version 135 and I would like to receive an alert when there is a dragon pattern on the chart. Any body could help me to set the indicator to have this alert?

I want to have the dragon alert only, and if possible, I want only the dragon where the second leg makes a higher high or lower low compared to the first leg and could go up to the 161% Fibo level of the first leg. I would also like to be able to set the sensitivity of the indicator.

I know we can do that using the custom pattern option, but I don't know how to set it.

I hope you can help me.
