i missed the 3766 entry... so far textbook. in the trend direction. in the same area as 3840 and 3832..
its why i was short against 92, with the tight stop. i went to bed.. to wake up with -7 or a top..

possibly another shot at 3747/48 or 37871/2 with an even tighter stop.

Hi all, sorry to but into the convo but maybe someone wants to shed some light?

I love this, E/U just made a new TWO year high I think it was?!!! and look at the positions. AND Most are NOT position traders with 500 pip stops. soooo.

Sure, there will be a correction yet.. Come ON guys?

I lost a long trade on this ^*$#%(er the past two days for 140 pip tp that was no doubt exceeded by 40 pips.

The TP was for 140 just around 3800 - yet the order was to "cheap" trying to save a few pips - 20 maybe...

Welp, live and learn, I would have settled for 100 pips than no trade...

Next time.

DXY not looking too hot - New 52 week low is definitely on the board.

you tell me, are u one who bought the b/o at 3792 and tp at 3820? or did u let those profits go to b.e. and were stopped out? or even worse not b.e. and stopped out at 3766 on that b/o buy? personally i made 80 pips and lost 3... the guys holding from much lower haven't made a dime till they close some trades if they haven't already

always take partial profit, reload back, take partial, reload back. rinse and repeat. people holding a whole position from one fixed point to another fixed point wont make money efficiently.

it is a rule of thumb (add a toe if you like), price tries not to miss daily pivot, weekly pivot, monthly pivot, two times in a row.
