Seen various comments regarding the 3480 level. In the context of the weekly chart set up seen in my charts, is anyone looking for levels drastically lower to trade after 3480 breaks? Technically a clean break of 1.3480 seems extremely significant. The market has been completely focused on the gov't shutdown for over a month now, and given the fact that no taper was somewhat based on the prospect of congressional brinkmanship. Payrolls will return next week... with two payrolls numbers likely to print in the space of two weeks, ironically we have basically ignored 5 straight weeks of amazingly low unemployment claims data that may translate to better payrolls.

Could this be headed back toward the bottom of the weekly range at 1.28?

Maybe.. that's far away.. what I see atm is it's chipping support and it's bouncing lower..

Sorry for late, I was analyzing Dow for you.
First of all if you have entered a trade at this level, you have made mistake because, it is mid area of the blue trend lines (trend). But anyways here is some info :

1] Orange line level contains some quick fall (supply level) as well as same level is @61% fib level of previous FALL wave.
2] The 38% fib level has some previous breakouts in red circle.
It is difficult to say about longer term but for intra-day, it looks little risky fall chance for very short term as per point 1] and 2].

If you are short the only bad news is it broke the yellow inter-resistance.

You have to enter trade around blue trendlines.

so we are back into the range, the famous 3566 acted as great resistance this time, I guess the long term bears go a bit excited in the last couple of days and as soon as they did, the bulls bought...

I think is going to be a nice battle....I am sure we can make good money either way..
