CNBC: The House GOP will propose a bill to open the government and raise the debt ceiling in return for various concessions related to Obamacare. Senate bill appears to extend debt limit to the amount of debt outstanding on Jan 1.
Wow - now this is interesting. This pair could really move either way depending on the discussions. I am staying out of this until there is a bit more clarity about where this will move....It seems the market is a little nervous and pulling back a bit on the news but who knows how far this will pull back. I'll wait and try to pick a good level to go long based on the outcome of all the discussions..

there is a lot of sell pressure on top. it couldn't reach 98.7 before, now even have difficult getting pass 98.6.
