AUD/USD, got bored from this pair! shorted it couple of times and i end up with getting it hit my SL at BE

i think it's pushing hard for 0.9515 before moving down back

this is slow run up. does not have momentum. It might have one spike up, then the drop will be hard.

If one remembers PIIGS situation several months ago, reslutions got extended week after week. We are now expecting resolution to US debt ceiling and end of shutdown in about an hour. History says, less hope for any decision today. If history repeats, it would affect all majors. The question is what would be the effect? I am least concerned about the intensity of this impact. Intensity will only help estimating number of pips it moves, but most important is the direction USD takes. Any bad news for USD may take it either higher or lower. Not necessary that USD goes down if resolution is pushed forward. But one thing is for sure, it will move. Once said that, the best option for USD bulls and bears is to keep conservative sl and ambitious tp so that when it moves against the position loss is limited but if it moves in desired direction profit is good enough.

No he cannot move the trendline according to needs. Once a channel or trendline is broken, the trend is broken. Will need to draw new lines.

Serious note -

zoom out on your chart - you may want to connect at a different spot.

horizontal lines also help - ask Gator.

We are at the top of a range and it is usually better to wait for the second retracement before drawing trend lines......I have a trend line but it is not in the same place as yours.....

really amazing, they can close a spx gap down 15 points and turn it positive ~ 5 points. Dow from down 150 points to up 45 points
