Thanks hao for your help about the closing prices, It will take time for me and more practice to identify and analysis price structure and price closing and the story they tell

Heres my chart for EUR/JPY 4H potential BAT forming, we have main trend down, round number at 133.00 , 88.6 of XA and 161.8 ext of BC

when you trade without confluence in C and in the PRZ, would be very careful with S/R + fib. I trade using PA and Fibonacci or both and heart command entry and exit orders. friends or watch videos PA of Mr pips, it can apply to fibonacci.
You can see price respected 78.6 fib in point C, it very nice

Hey smallcat!

All pattern completion zones are actually Potential Reversal Zones (PRZs), which means that there is no guarantee that price will stop there, although mr pip did optimize the pattern ratios for bat,gartley,crab,and butterflies so that they work out well. In your example, your stop loss (SL) would probably have been hit, so it would have been a loss.

I am now focusing on this also, but as you gain experience with one pattern, you will begin to learn what price action to expect at the PRZs. Then, concepts such as order flow and price action will be learned in general, and different patterns can be understood more easily. Then the market will be understood.

all only that, Mr. pip no commercial model crab or butterfly, cypher. 3 this model for the lowest win rate.

Hi Starry,

Thank you very much. I think you're right. I muss learn order flow and price action to get best result on deciding of putting an order. Using market order is wiser than using limit order for this system.
So far i know, mr Pips said - the winning probability of the system is about 70-80%, so in this case, may be this is an example of the rest 20% ...

There is a pdf file with images inside about the rule. I forgot where it was, try to look at the attachments icon (right top of this thread).

I believe that higher TF, there is equal AB CD, with a different trend, so the price is floating.

very well,to calculate the ABCD points. Trend findout from the Higher time frames like H4 ,D1 ,then trade in lower time frames ,apply Elliot Wave in all charts to easily identify the trend !Apply All charts Trend line ,Elliot Wave ,patterns & finding Higher -High ,Lower - Low ,Refer my Screen shot !

if point D have S / R and confluence powerful, will continue in coming down. you need a larger view of the chart daily or weekly
