I did look many peoples are using fibo level .
I did found good auto fibo indicator in FF.

This is a good news, that can strengthen dollar.
Possible moves:
GOP end the shutdown today (highly unlikely, dollar positive, euro down)
Obama says he opens for negotiations (highly unlikely, dollar positive, euro down).
Obama refuses the proposal of GOP (bad move, dollar negative)
Obama accept the proposal (good move, dollar positive)
What i think? Obama will delay giving answer for this friday, leading to uncertain EU movement. (sigh). However if i look into 3 years a go of debt ceilling debate. I can say its usually up spike, then down slide afterwards. So better buy the dips. Any comments?

These news many times produce exactly the opposite market reaction. You may like to use this info with pa reading.

it almost hit your stop. you are playing fire with heavy shorts (you would have a big loss if stop got hit). If I were your broker, I would run your stop to catch your heavy shorts.

yes it will slow down , not recomended for normal case , since he have connection issue from his home to broker , this is the best alternative available other thas VPS
of course they can see all the packet but most trading platform use encrypted packets s it's safe as we use ISP

If you want to use it for your self , you could get small linux VPS for $3 month , just setup your own vpN network

a little thing about the gray shady area on my chart: price tends to stall or turn at the peak or grove of that shady boob-looking thing.
