GU - someone started to buy. We will see some fibo test and news can bring a needed power for that. Actually it's possible that LO will push the price up again and then they are using the news for down trend. Will see.

Show me 3 guys on this entire board that have made a living at Forex trading this year. You can be anything from a scalper to using daily charts to trade from. I make this claim: Winners, yeah we have some winners of course. Especially since this great Forum offers so much information. But the game has changed, the players on the banking side are getting old and dying, their replacements dont play the same game, and computers make up most of the volume now anyway. Equities, there will always be winners, but yu have to start with 20k or more,really. But the days of opening a $3000 account in Forex and turning it into______?????? are gone. As I said, will somebody, anybody show me 3 people who did not just come out ahead, but made a comfortable living this year that are not funds, but retail traders. OK...show me two people. Do I hear one for a start? -(

Hi All,

This is my first post here...I'm a newbie to this trading world..stumble upon your thread and this marvelous system a couple of weeks ago. Since then. I've trying hard to catch up. Reading all the materials..post by post..Do some back test and demo trading for a week now and today when London market open, I've decided to let it go. Open 5 positions so far (EU, EJ, GC, GJ, and EG)..1 already closed and hit my TP with 33 pips (WOW!!) while the remaining 4 are still open. (3 already shows also 25+ pips while 1 in particular still struggling with minus pip).

Here is the 1rst closed trade (EJ) with 33 pips..

Looking at this first day trade strongly raised up my confidence..one of my weakness is patience. As you've rightfully and repeatedly said that over and over again...
going forward, I will try to be more involved in this thread and please be patience with me...Lets get those pips!!

As Sonic said, big news in just about an hour from now.

This is tightly ranging. Scanning M1, M5 and M15 for PVSRA clues what I come up with is slim pickings due to the tight range. However, I do see on M5 and M15 that most recently, where price has risen and fallen, so has the volume. This is a clue the market is bearish, but the clues are too few to yield good confirmation. That high volume at the bottom yesterday might simply have been the result of profit taking by shorts ahead of these upcoming releases. That is not a bullish sign, just an exercise of caution by some with lots of shorts.

On H4 we see there is a gap to be filled. Might the market be overall still bears in anticipation of dropping price further, filling the gap? And another question. Are the MMs going to be tricky and spike the price up for better shorting before filling the gap?

All I can say is the trend is down and there are some (few and weak) hints the market is bearish. Having said that, I'd not rule out that the price could go back up before it goes lower, simply because the MMs are tricky bastards and you can't rule out their trickery.

One more thing......

H4 shows a H&S. This is not news as I and another have already posted on this earlier. What I want to mention is that the Dragon is about to cross down thru the Trend on H4. If and when that happens it is a strong bear indication. The MMs have already pulled the price back up. That was the bear pullback in response to the Dragon crossing the Trend on H1. Now, it looks about to happen on H4, and there might be another pullback response by the bear MMs seeking higher prices to renew shorting. Also, USofA still has a week to go before the debt ceiling dead line,....plenty of time to hike the price while building shorts for a whopping run back down to fill the gap and complete the H&S later.

So, this is the case for anticipating a long setup, even though the MMs may very well be bears.

An alternative to this is the market might indeed take this lower, fill the gap but maybe not complete the H&S. Then next week run the price up on a nice and high pullback and wait for the USofA debt ceiling resolution. After that, then run it back down to complete the H&S. I like this scenario because it gives the MMs the most opportunities to gouge profits out of the market over all the political shenanigans that the Republican's circus of idiots is performing.
