0.9395 is strong support.. weekly pivot and also structure horizontal support...

The rectangle is the biggest obstacle on the chart. Once we break through that... it is all over but the crying. All the pivots yield downsloping forks. Good chance we will go down. I think we test CashFX .9440 will be a good place to try to get short. Wish me luck.

why do you think unemployment rates dropping is good news?? when its actually bad...
when you guys look at unemployment rates you also got to see whether if participation rates have dropped or not...
if unemployment rate does drop on unchanged participation rate then thats good news...

sadly that is not the case...
unemployment rate dropped because of a drop in participation rate.. the Labour force in Australia is shirking...

no sign to be optimistic.

AUD has jumped a little, 65/67 as I type. Some stops taken out above 0.9460 but an uninspiring sort of move on an uninspiring bunch of results.

It baffles me how people in forexfactory doesnt know how to interpret these fundamental data... thinking a drop in unemployment rate is always a good thing is just amateur thinking... Need to look at participation rate....

Isn't the problem that this is bad data anyway? Just study the chart and manage the money. Fundamentals are dead?

Well Fundamentals can reverse markets, but the market isnt in reversal up to being bullish when it has already corrected up to 0.95 and that we are near that top at 0.9450
but we can see fundamentals just isnt there for the Australian Dollar to be this high against the dollar... so for me its a sign of bear continuation and a lot of bulls are getting trapped

and yes i do trade on the technicals and technicals has been Sell Sell Sell for me infact i racked up 2 recent sell contracts up close to 0.9450

This is what i think the AUDUSD is going to do.... a nice M Shaped pattern forming....
