UsdJpy....yet again low risk entry .... Got some chips out as part of trade management. If it retrace back to my entry then will add back the positions....its going to be very interesting in coming week..... WnW play...

Edit - this is UsdJpy thread but still I want to point out CadJpy here, its only in good LVL to buy with minimum risk, & its potential is more than UsdJpy. If anyone interested take a look & keep any eye on CadJpy too.

Yeh, CADJPY is quite smooth than USDJPY, but is slow :-/

Its smooth & faster than UsdJpy.... take a look at it, it has flyed 70 pips from the low whereas UsdJpy has 50 pips. I kind of missed that entry with 0.02 pips with my limits,, thats little sad as it flied very quick. I'm still watching, as sometimes this prices tend to come back to its origin & if it happens then we can have another chance to go for it... But second time I usually cut down my lot size.

Anyway thanks for your thoughts.

I am also long from 97.25. Stop loss at 96.90.

Any targets for you guys, I am looking at the same daily trendline bounce seen in the chart a few posts back. Chart could be bullish if 97.00 holds.

can we hope for the sept 30 high of 98.60 ? I am wanting to hold on to this as long as possible/pending shutdown. If we get a plan soon i imagine it will retrace back up some. and id like to be in it for that.

idk if its going to go up. seems to be seeing some res. at 97.45 closed 14 pips. and went short 97.47 might scalp this till i find out where its headed lol

The government won’t shut down forever. I think it has a few more days to “stay low” but after the debt issue is gone. Things will get a lot better…

i think it will continue to dip/find the lowest point untill the gov reopens. then it will jump right back up. its just timing that now lol

Agree with you, but the support at 97 seems quite strong. Hopefully it won't break. I am longing with average entry 97.18.

The shutdown has devalued the dollar against the Yen, which is good for US export.

Perhaps that is the real script behind the drama.
