The last few days of PA has forced me to rethink my long term wave analysis. I still think it's just a matter of time before price breaks thru 1.3710, but now 1.38 isn't the ceiling it's just the 2nd floor. It's still the likeliest reversal point for a corrective wave but a flat 4 towards 1.345/1.35 is the new leading candidate for the corrective wave.

16375 is a big resistance, if it breaks..it may continue to grow to 20.00, or a fast little breakout

My main query was not with the FX markets leading the other markets, but with the statement that it is the most complex, this is far from the truth. Any idiot can understand the FX markets, but the very basics of the interest rate derivative markets are much more complicated.

read the lehman guide to exotic credit derivs and then try and tell me that the FX market is the most complex.

Furthermore, its difficult to quantify whether or not the FX markets lead others? in fact this statement doesn't even really mean anything.

I suppose if any one is interested, here is the Lehman guide to credit derivs, if you have a spare hour and a basic understanding of maths its a nice simple read, if you don't like maths don't bother.
