Seriously?

do you not prefer vol skews to gauge market positioning?

In a market that is every changing and moves so quickly, why do you think that CoT data is at all relevant. Futures markets are tiny compared to OTC derivs, it cannot be used.

i already answered that, it doesn't changes and moves quickly...

any ways we all have different eye to look at same things. and i fully respect your side/eye...

your eye may see all 7 colours and i might be colour blind (i see things black and white)

The forex markets in general are at their lowest volatility in 10 years, that may be why you think it doesn't change quickly, but the FX markets can move a lot (consider the EM world, or even JPY) entire moves could have been reversed in the 3 trading days between the CoT data being collected and subsequently released.
