I am long baised on this pair. My shorts dont give me profit on UJ I dont know why

The reason for the short is because global equities look heavy and with all the political uncertainty between the US and Italy, I think they should pull back a bit. This will create a risk off environment bringing USDJPY down in my opinion. I think the spike up today was a GIFT and should be taken! Fade the rally boys.

I doubt this pair goes any higher than 98.46. The longs (with no stop-loss) will need the deep pockets.

probably, but first we need a daily close below 97.50...
what we see is a TL bounce, last time it gave us 450pips, so my target (on daily!) is around 100 in mid of oktober.

Last time there wasn't a trendline. Now it is too obvious. Trading off trendlines is usually a losing proposition.

Lines like these (chart) would have fooled me a several years ago into going long. A few years later I would've looked to fade these same lines. Now I just don't really pay attention to them. Sometimes I'll draw lines and PF's just to entertain myself, but I've moved beyond them. Not that I don't have losing trades anymore, but I'm better without them.

agree most of your points, as i said i already exit my long, it was just a warning not to short from here, after a relative strong ~100pip TL bounce.
so i guess you just missunderstand my 1st posting.

Few. pages before i wrote that the actual chart reminds me to AUD/USD few months back and now AUD has lost 15-20%. The TL
shows a demand zone and yes, every touch the reaction is smaller but never the less my target is ~100 in the next 2 weeks.

When short then from around 100 on the descending TL.

Well, I disagree in that this is a bad place to short. Oh well, let's see what happens.
