I entered long based on last 2 red candles , do these 2 candles qualify as Swing High and Swing Low as you explain before?

I have just entered short on EA.
1. Break of MC on H4 chart
2. H1 chart: RSI below the signal and MBL and below 50
Target S1 but will set stops to BE at 20.

You can't expect any trade to go straight into profit without moving around a little. Where have you put your stop loss?

Look at price structure, look at the shape of TDI, look at the EMA... What is the euro-dollar doing? Is it trending? Or is it ranging...

A lot of what there is to trading, is in the timing. Knowing when to trade and when to sit on your hands. Backtesting can show you a bunch of things, one of which is when market volumes are important enough to be able to pull off a trade. There's a lot more to trading than taking a TDI cross.

Mondays and in particular monday morning sessions are very slow. Also for a number of reasons, EU has been pretty awful lately. It is pretty hard to trade, I personally don't consider myself experienced enough so I stay away from it and take trendline breakout trades on EJ, which on the other hand work quite well.

BUT if you really wanted to take a EU trade today... then maybe hopping on M15 for an early entry+exit would have been helpful You could have pulled off some ~20 pips based on a simple TDI cross and PA, like in the screenshot below.

P.S: One last piece of advice, if you would allow it. Get rid of all the indis that clutter your chart, keep a TDI, maybe pivot levels the EMA and candles.... Keep things simple, the more stuff you have the more reasons you'll find NOT to enter a trade... or in your case you'll find at least one reason to enter a trade. Focus on what really matters.

No.
That swing high swing low is just the frist set of candles I would look for. It is the following candles which I would be using for the setup.
Like the EURGBP trade i posted last week.

You weren't wrong, but you need to be in context: H1 TDI is giving you an indication that something is happening on the M5 (it's happening on ALL charts but the M5 will show you what I'm talking about), H4 TDI correlates to M15 chart and often it's late.
How far the trade may run - look to S/R on one TF higher.
Market context, EU is moving in a range and it's Monday. Price just hit the H4 resistance line, surprise surprise. Before considering a longer hold long, look at the swings on the M15 chart, it's got to break through that line and will probabily then pullback to it, enter on M15, where might it go? It's breaking an H4, look to a daily line for a target.

do you guys trade right when the TDI crosses each other even without that specific bar closing, or do you trade only when the bar has closed and a new bar opens?

A TDI Green PL cross Red TSL is only confirmed after that price bar/candle closed and that depends on the overall Price Action of the price bars/candles before that.
Look at the size of the price bars/candles.

My advice is to trade the Price Action and let the TDI confirms the Price Action.

For study purposes, take a screen shot of your chart few seconds before the price bar/candle closes and take another screen shot second after that price bar/candle closed.
