The EU wants to put a cap on Banker's bonuses.
Yeah, smart move. Now all the good banker CEOs will head to Asia and US to take jobs there and all the incompetent nincompoops will be left to run the European banks.

EU - there isn't a new swing. Still in the range. Notable is also the double top.

It could be a sideways wave 4 range, or a truncated wave 5 as a double top. Only time will tell.
Infinitus in "The Club" thread suggests this may be part of a 5 wave ending diagonal. I support that possibility also.
With moves Like this, the only time the picture becomes a bit more clear is after a breakout.

Yeah... It looks very promising to BEARs on DAILY...
Third touch on important resistance line, double top forming on 4H and 1H...
Also bearish divergence on 4H.... BUT!!!
BUT if anybody thinks we will go straight line to 1.3000 he may be disappointed.
Next week is packed with mickeymouse trading.

Wednesday - ADP and ECB press conference, plus Ben Bernanke as a cherry on the top

Thursday - unemployment and ISM

and my favorite, Non Farm on Friday. ;-)))) Coooooollllllllll

Italian government collapses and the US government shutdown looks to be a very real possibility.
I smell a serious care of "risk-aversion" on Sunday night / Monday morning.

Hi PT,

If I remember correctly, there were two government shutdowns in 1995 and it had little impact on USD. This time, might have more of an impact as people might start to fret about the debt ceiling and the odds that they are not able to reach a deal. Been thinking about this one and have not come to any conclusions yet.

hey fxaln...i'm glad i don't have to carry new pos. over the weekend....it will be an "exiting" week and with October coming around...rather interesting...i would liquefy 1/2 my stocks this month..and c what happens...too risky....
