Attached are some different sound files. Extract them and put them into your MT4 "Sounds" folder. To use them in the PT-MaPriceAlert-c which I posted above, put the indicator on your chart - 1m / 5m or 15m, whichever you are watching for your trading - I'm on the 1 min. Open up the indicators properties box ( right click, select PT-Ma).... click and again on edit. Go to inputs, the bottom line and double click on Alert. Then type in the exact name of the sound file that you wish to use. So check your sounds Folder first to get the correct name!!...

I have many times explained the term "MMs" lumps together everyone and anyone that moves price, for the very reason you mentioned. We don't care who it is! If "MMs are bears" then sellers are prevailing. If "MMs are bulls" then buyers are prevailing. Bears = sellers and bulls = buyers. There is no reason to be confused.
The thing that PVSRA does, when properly done, is to alert us to when sellers are actually moving the price higher and picking the highs they attain to do most of their selling. It alerts us to when buyers are actually moving the price lower and picking the lows they attain to do most of their buying.
It is important to realize that just because price moves up, does not mean the market is wild with buyers. And just because price moves down does not mean the market is wild with sellers. Just the opposite could be the case, and this is what PVSRA is good at indicating.
You made a good point a day or so ago. You questioned if the MMs are bears, doing most of their activity at highs, is it selling to close longs, or is it selling to open shorts? This is an important question and it is why we should be shorting only when the trend is down, not up. If the price is trending up, then the bears are likely selling at highs to close longs. However, once the trend moves down, then the bears are likely selling at highs to open shorts. The reverse, of course, for bull MMs. This discernment is an important one that has come out of this in-work effort. PVSRA tells it like it is, but we must use that information with due regard for the trend direction. We cannot be complacent about the trend. We should properly marry the trend with the PVSRA indication; bear MMs requires a bear trend and bull MMs requires a bull trend.
Another aspect should be of concern, too. For example, suppose the trend is down and PVSRA indicates the MMs are bears. Fine. We know we should be looking for pull backs to highs for shorting, and of course the highs should be progressively lower and lower as the bear trend proceeds. But, what if there is suddenly high volume at lows? Is this the first sign of bull, maybe closing shorts now? Or, is this a sign of increased shorting as the bear MMs try to exhaust long orders (demand) so the price can proceed lower? This is one of the subjective aspects of PVSRA, and requires a good "feel" based on the larger picture, and when all else fails to answer this question, we can only wait it out and see what happens. But, at least we are on the alert now.

By your link the formula of substantiation of 78.6 number is:
Look, if you will use this formula to find "right" levels your chart will be overloaded because they are using fractional power. Fractal is endless.
AS example they used "-1/2". What if to use 1/4, 1/5, 1/10?

Are you trading the Sonic R. System? Or, are you picking highs and lows? Going long when the Dragon is angled down and PA is below it?
Even a Scout, which can precede a Classic long setup, requires some qualification, for example via PA showing higher HLs. And, as the PVSRA in-work project has shown, if the MMs are indicated to be bulls, we still do not enter long until we have a bull trend established, or at least some valid reasons to believe it has started.
So, what are you doing? "Seems to be showing strength in the background." Oh? How? In what way? You are going to get killed making trading decisions based on "reasoning" like that!
