Hello Phx62, inspiring as usual. what made you take the decision to short during this mornings movement? the previous trades you took because the tdi was below the mbl. The price this morning was still above the mbl. For PA, there was a pullback candle prior to your trade that tested a S/R zone. If I woke up take that trade, I wouldve actually bought. Even if I did short, I would've waited until price broke or at least headed down near the low of the pullback candle. What signals did i miss that would indicate a short?

It was a price action trade.....there was a double top on the two candles just before LO.......then the first two candles of London set the high of the session and created a second double top....... the fifth candle (blue) tried to test the London session high, then pulled back.....the next candle was a red candle that moved short and pulled back but once the entry candle moved short a few pips following the open of that candle and the TDI had crossed over red and the 50 line, I took the trade. Part of that decision was based on my testing that shows most of the time the high or low of the London session is set in the first two hours and then quite often, price will move in one direction for several hours.....this was the case this morning.

Fx94,

Always remember the very fundamentals in trading;
We trade what we see happening on our charts. Never trade what we think we see.
Price Action will show you where price is, what it does and where it can go.
Always question why price reacts after each candle. You are trading 4H, you have plenty of time to analyse after each H4 candle and also the HTF and LTF.

Price will always reacts at 10/50/200 and also the BRN and RN.

Now you can see EJ at BRN 132.00 and 131.75, there is a history swing level. ... (131.73 to be precise, LOL)
On H1 you will see a H1 Master Candle, this is good for Monday LTF trading. ... at least a 40ips trade.

Learn and practice more Price Action trading and let the TDI confirms the Price Action.

Thank you, as ever, for posting your trades for last week.
I'd be grateful if you could answer these questions.
(1) When you entered in the bar before LO on Tuesday, why didn't you enter in the previous bar when price broke the previous day's high and the Asian session high?
(2) When you entered in the bar 2 hours before LO on Wednesday, did your reasons for entry include all of the following: H4 divergence in overbought, H1 green moving below MBL which was in overbought, and H1 bearish engulfing bar?
(3) When you entered mid-bar in the bar after LO on Thursday, were your reasons just trend continuation and pullback from potential high of the session in the first two bars?

you are right. if we won't learn from our mistakes we will never be good traders.i did mistakes last week as well. i have a notes and there are all mistakes. so will see next week. my big problem is still risk , sometimes im taking bigger lost than i should
