if it wants to go up, it will first clear early longs (take their SL out). Reverse for shorts. As an added bonus for you, it tends to do it 3 times, what I called "the 3 stabs" in some of my posts.

Today's play was pretty simple.. they dropped it below the low at 3282(give or take) before the unemployment claims.. it's what they were supposed to do from a PA stand point (it was supposed to go up from there).. Then, right after that, the claims came way better than expected and the knee jerk reaction dropped in another 40 pips or so.. Immediately after that it transpired two states had computer system upgrades (and so data was not completed, i.e. it didn't look that good anymore) + a comment from labor "the unemployment situation did not change" added to the doubts.. At that point I posted on the forum people to take profit on shorts.. It then went up from there for the rest of the Lo session..
