Europe has a very large budget deficit level in each country.
U.S., Japan, can afford it, but not Portugal, Spain, Greece, Slovenia.
Europe pulled Germany and the Germans are supported by exports to China.

What we see in Europe is a light breath on the run down.

Conflicts in the Middle East has only just begin, a few more months and we'll see their true colors.

Thats true... there are some facts that cannot be ignored...

However looking at charts (Monthly, weekly or daily) i can hardly see any trend that could confirmed those facts...

For me as i see the charts, they are in a neutral phase and cannot see which direction will follow in the next couple or 3 months...
