This has my attention and UJ has now closed its retail gap from the weekend....I did take a 1 unit buy at LO, but I'd like to see a pull back into a Higher Low to move to a 2 unit buy...... PS I could do with some input from LF on this Andrews PF.... {image}
I got busy......earlier, I was looking for +$20 again, but the higher tick volume in the green large spinning top ~S 1 suggested that it was better to take what was on offer - and I did. BFN
PS I bought GbpUsd off its third test of its DP

While I was study it I have found that usually you are doing entries the same time as I see confirmation form volumes.
For example today. At 1m chart I am doing analyzing of volumes by next algorithm (for shorts):
1-Price went down below Dragon
2-Movement confirmed by high tick activity
3-Tick volumes going down
4-On balance volume (OBV) crossed middle level of its 60M range
Profit should be fixed when OBV went out of its range, ticks slowed down and we get some kind confirmations from PA (touched levels, formed pin bars etc)
Here i matched 2 posible trades, and they are the same as yours.

I want to add some more theory about chart analysis.
Here we go. As you can see it's current 1m chart of EU. After I made a picture price made a new high and is now testing support of a breakout.
I want to say that when you see price in range making higher lows and effort to drop the price is lost (meaning some significant volume was involved), when every downward reversal fails to make a new low it's possible that the breakout will happen. You should watch what price is doing after the support lines are touched, if the price easily break-through or reverse and close of the lows. I believe that opposite is called distribution.

I'm waiting with my UJ shorts, because the last gap is not filled yet and there is a one gap more. So I hope they gonna fill it too

Here the EU dropped in 1 minute to touch the support and fail to follow making a spring with high volume showing that buyer were present. Spring is a breakthrough of a support line which fails, closing well of the lows, preferably with noticeable volume meaning buyers were present. The opposite is called upthrust. Remember that it happens on support/resistance lines or at channel demand/supply lines. There is also possible testing of this level. Always look what next candles/bar do to know how the market is responding to current situation.
