GM - very little movement in the Asian Session.

I bought UJ off the 5m Dragon at LO and I'm looking for a signal to buy Euro and Cable - thus I am watching Swissy closely.....so monitoring all four of my 5m Multi Charts!

Edit: Fast high volumed spike up to above todays MR 1 level - I banked - will it hit the **00 before a pull back

I think you must mean the Frankfurt Open. London is not open yet.

I bought UJ after FO - 06:00 GMT ......London Opens in ~12 minutes....

Edit: The pull back held at the MR 1 level - the green dashed line - so I bought 1 unit again.....

wow. shorting the yen crosses have been a test for PVRSA. At what point are we able to detect when the MMs are going to take profits? It just seems to be going up non stop...

Well, EJ (example) was quickly pushed back to the top of it's range (view an H4 chart) after the FO. The LO MMs seem content with this, so far. We can never know how the MMs will move price, but we can know if they are bulls or bears when they do it. The quick push up thru the upper half SR on notable volume indicates they still are bears adding shorts again at the top of the range.

Similarly, other YEN pairs are now back in the area of previous highs on their Day charts. And their M15 charts show they are getting lots of attention from the MMs. I might venture to guess that something is brewing, even though there is no scheduled release this week concerning JPY that would be a tip off. Perhaps it will be the other releases this week that will count (AUD, GBP, NZD, USD, etc.).

Hi Prof TAH, I see increase buying volume to push price up to the round numbers for gbp/jpy and usd/jpy (157 and 100 respectively) But there is no selldown volume at all? Does that mean they are bulls?

Premium Planting Fields Reopened!

The MMs have moved prices back into the area of previous highs on the Day charts. They are trying to take out weak hand shorts and also to trigger into the market pending long orders,......all designed to create liquidity so they can add shorts at the very best prices.

Look at GJ, for example. Do you not see the volume increasing as the price goes higher. MMs do not buy more when they have to pay more. They sell! Do you not see that the MMs pushed the price above the whole SR, on very notable volume? That is a clear PVSRA indication the MMs are still bears, and adding more and more shorts as they pump the price upwards, sucking in longs and stopping out the shorts of others.

Look at EJ, too. The Day chart show the rising wedge. Since the current day candle is subject to change, the top line is not firm. Nevertheless, the picture is clear. So is the fact that the daily volumes have been generally falling off as the price has been cycled up and down for weeks. The bear MMs are sucking the cow dry while they hold up prices!

The bear MMs have just re-opened premium planting fields on some of the YEN pairs!

Never know. Maybe push price weekly resistance. Very possible.I adding same sell stop orders and wait. If price I add next but carefully.

Actually I don't believe this 2009 year resistance, because for that they need to push more 400-500 pips up..Not real..For me at least. Market is very very exhausted already. Strong bear signs every day.

Hmmm.. Could it be possible that MMs have to have increased vol to break pass the resistance? On the weekly chart for GJ, looks like it broke out of a double bottom formation?

Hmmm.. Could it be possible that MMs have pushed prices back to a SR zone on the Month chart, where they have since traded the shit out of it! As it is in a down trend overall, one might get the idea the MMs are building huge short positions ahead of another leg down......

Anyone can take a higher TF chart and get it to say whatever they want it to say. The best analysis is to determine if the MMs are bulls or bears. And this is done real-time on the lowest TF charts. A trader must accept the fact they can never know how the MMs will move price. Knowing if the MMs are bulls or are bears when they do move price, however, is sufficient information to trade profitably, so long as the trader trades very light relative to account size.

Not trading very light relative to account size, thinking it is possible to know how the price is going to move and using stop losses are exactly the three things the MMs want traders to do! These are the three things that let the MMs take money from those traders!
