Hi Portugalfx,

I hope I am right too! But it will take time. I don't foresee profits any time today :-). But just objective trading based on PVSRA and small entries for better average price over time.

I am sorry he made such a loss. Ouch. But we live and learn from these so hopefully he got something out of it. There's nothing that can replace the psychology of live trading.

Patience paid.....no need to hurry, wait for the pull back back to the **25 level. Then I was looking for the 3200 level - instead a very old S&R level - several months old - was the high....

Just my opinion, but PVSRA did call this action, too. Looks like the pushes up in recent days of the YEN pairs has been a sham; bear MMs putting on bullish PA to load up on shorts by sucking in more longs and stopping out the shorts of others. Pump & Dumps.

UJ, like the other YEN pairs, could be slated for quite a bear run for profits over months ahead.

very nice...but i"d prefer taking same entries below the M15 dragon...fewer and more controlled entries...just looking at ways to reduce dd and max-out profits..at this point, we could even consider increasing the number of scouts at new levels(an effective martingale approach if applied well)...just some thoughts on the matter.

This is the busiest time of the market, and you can see plainly that the volume pushing the price back up is tiny compared to the selling volume. The bear MMs are just hiking the price to resume heavy shorting again, starting at higher prices again. This is going lower. Hard to say what the rest of the day holds, but it does not matter. The MMs are starting to play their September hand now, and the month is still young. Right now, when the MMs push price back up like this, they are planting. And so might we be.

Indeed. And I have kept my trades, although it went into profit. Still too early, and need to be patient to ride these gyrations. Next week will be exciting, I feel.

I too feel next week will begin more exciting times. I also am holding this trade to see what the future brings. I do have a TP at the RWL area, just in case, but I do not believe the MMs will go so far. Most likely, they will continue here, as on all other pairs, cycling prices up and down, to continue building their positions. Should this TP be reached, I will aggressively rebuild next week at every push up the MMs provide. If RWL is not reached today, I will take that as a sign the bear MMs are thinking to take the price much lower with their run for profits, and I will set the target much lower before the day ends.

Yep, the bear MMs have had themselves a field day adding AU shorts above the whole SR! And you will see similar PA if you look at NU. On both, the bear MMs manipulated the price up to the whole SR/RWH areas to capture more shorts before the day/week ends! And that is a lot of activity on both of them!

Thank you very much omadivi.

Seems like a good idea to be more conservative: entries below Dragon . However, I see no use to enter more than 1 entry in the same level; and on the other side, I control better with equidistant inputs (50 pips/trade - that depends daily average range).

Now I consider making 25 pips/trade, only near H1/H4 SR.
And also, new scouts only in pullbacks of runing for profits phase.

I apologize. I don't often trade it. Rarely, in fact. Others here might be more up to speed on it. I recently traded it. Closed way too early. First trade of it in a very long time. Not really for me.

The Dragon is nothing more than an averaging of historic prices. It has no relationship to what PVSRA reveals about the MMs current activity to put on bull or bear moves in order attain better prices to build their positions.

There is nothing wrong with using the analysis that is PVSRA to get an indication if the MMs are bulls or bears, in conjunction with trading Classics and with adding Scouts in support of Classics. Just keep in mind that if you are trading that way then....

1. If you are into a Classic long, then you want PVSRA indications the MMs are bulls, and you want to add whenever the bull MMs push the price back down.

2. If you are into a Classic short, then you want PVSRA indications the MMs are bears, and you want to add whenever the bear MMs push the price back up.

Note that I have said nothing about where the Dragon is in relationship to where the opportunities to add Scouts occurs. If you use the Dragon to further filter where you could add Scouts in support of your Classic trade, you will give away the best Commando Scout insertion opportunities that could support your trade.

Post LS Possible Opportunities

While GJ, UJ, etc. have dropped more than their normal range, AJ and NJ have not. You will note that AU and NU are also being held up by the MMs. After the LS closes, in the off hours when it is easiest for the MMs to manipulate prices to where they want them, they might push up even further on these four pairs. It would be so they can add even more shorts ahead of whatever they've got planned starting next week. Any pushes up, imho it would be short Scout planting opportunities.

This does not preclude gap ups next week, which the bear MMs could also do to continue their deceptions of bullishness. But a bit of planting late today, if the opportunity presents itself, would still be good short position building, especially if the bear MMs do not aggressively continue their deceptions next week.

I've placed some pending short orders, just in case.
