hello guys,

i am having issues with the thv cave manager. after i install it i get sad face not the smily one. i seem to not get the correct setting. i am using fxcm broker which have us time. i just want to trade batch taking 100% profit in the first batch of 30 pips with trailing stop of 10 pips.
anyone who can give me the setting. thank you so much.

If you have a sad face you have not set the platform to allow live trading by the EA. Make sure the Expert Advisor button at the top is green and open the EA on the chart and make sure allow live trading is ticked.

Here go back to post#22,364 and download the 2 scripts.

Try them on your charts by dropping the script at the level where your trade entry level is.
See example attached.

It's a wonderful script that helps tells you where to place your Stop loss and Take Profit. i use it for intraday trading and swings trades. it works perfectly for me.

Does this give you the SL at exactly the ATR(10) level?
When I apply it to my chart it makes the SL about 10 pips larger than the current ATR(10).
Am I reading it incorrectly?

Why PA is important at 1H?

As you can see, I entered my position at purple vertical line once doji formed. Do take note, at that particular time, TDI did not cross yet. Once the TDI cross, I hold my position and moved my SL to BE. (when this screenshot was taken, i didnot move my SL yet.)

The reason why I am writing this post in the middle of night (Yes, it's 2 am now in Singapore) is that I want to point out that if you are trading 1H, you cant possibly keep waiting for the TDI to cross first before entering your trade. By then, it would be too late. Sometimes, when you are trading 1H, all you have to do is look to the left...and if you have doubt, click to 4H and Daily for confirmation.

I am no genius but so far, my entries has been fairly accurate. What lacking in me is the right timing to exit a trade which I am still learning. In order to prevent loses, I have to use trail stop. The cons of using trail stop is you cant maximize your profits but YOU WILL NEVER LOSE.

Let's hope more people trade TMS in 1H

Hi Emmanuel,

May I request a slightly changed version of your buy and sell scripts? I would like to use a "Gray" color, "dotted" style line with width of "1" by default. Like in the chart attached, as I am using a black background I think a neutral color would be better.

I hope this request won't bother you much.
