Just doing a little bit of Chart Gazing. Already short E/U from 3375 but saw this H/S pattern. Looking for a good break of the neckline at 3340 ish with a close below. Target 3230.

Euro's movement is more likely due to this:

'The release of better than expected German IFO has failed to encourage flows into riskier assets, as safe-haven flows continue to dominate amid growing expectations of a potential military action by the US...'

INR (Indian Rupee) is an EM currency and all EMs have been taking a bashing over the last several weeks.
Nothing to do with the European currencies, especially the Euro.
The Euro will lose vs the USD, but should remain resilient vs the EMs and the Yen

I feel your pain... I really do, but I have gone through the pain of watching my SP500 shorts go into profit, back underwater, back into profit etc for the last 45 days and I'm hoping this time it just makes it to my 1472 target once and for all

What's ur call about these recent moves specially for eur after better then expected German Ifo Business Climate ?

Even if the German Ifo reading came in at 199, the Euro is made up of much more than Germany. Germany cannot be the sole economic engine for the Euro. For that we need a symphony of better data from all member states. So my call is that while the Euro may remain relatively resilient while the markets absorb good German data, the upside is very limited. Furthermore, when the USD starts to take off (and it has already started vs the EM currencies), the E/U will be falling gracefully back down to the lower 1.2x zones... most likely even as low as 1.19 sometime in the next 6 to 12 months.
