to test a price level, needs a few bars span. It is not like that after a break of a level, the next couple bars come back to test. Needs at lest 4 or 5 bars have past before the test to be valid.

why do you think the end of the year would have any effect on where price is?

also, just because - The EUR historically has ended near the high or low on a yearly candle, purely coincidental though.

if you average down, do not forget to reduce position size when the market turns your way to near your BE point, to free money so that you still have cash to average down if the market turns against you again.

They have their own community where all the traders in financial companies, all the bankers etc. are connected to each other via messenger kind of service. You can send a instant message to Micheal or Icahn or shoot an email... It's completely different level..
