Not too familiar with your analysis.. But yes. Target remains 1.0705 over the coming months. I have started to build my long at the current level - but we could drop to 1.0186 first. Will add as we go.

Nice Range set up. Should be a good move once that range breaks. 50/50 shot as to which way it will break ATM. However when looking at accumulation on 6C noticing a bit of positive since Am on Friday.

It will be interesting what happens to the USD/CAD when the tables turn. The Long Term trend has been stretched like a rubber band for over 3 years. POP! to the upside. I think, anyhow.

Looking at the news calendar, there will be a report in about 1 1/2 hours. The trend is UP for the USD/CAD. In your part of the world, if it is traded as CAD/USD, then the inverse is the case.

Please share with us how this pair is traded with your broker. Is it USD/CAD or CAD/USD ?

entered short here @ 1.0505, but expecting as high as 1.070 - so building the short slowly. Target now back down to 1.0180

You have bigger berries than me. I am quite aggressive, but haven't seen "the whites of their eyes" in order to lay down a short position yet on the USD/CAD. Maybe I need glasses or sumthin'. :nerd:

6C accumlation has been rising Since 6:30 MST. As soon as CAD breaks to the upside Im going to jump in with some Longs in the futures contract. And good day to you too Tau

Sir - forex is a strange animal. BUT - your approach is good. Work it within your comfort zone.

So - we have potential upside to 1.07xx and potential downside to 1.018x. She could turn here and do 1.018x first before working back to 1.07xx. Who knows? So I place a small sacrificial lamb in the form of a short right here. Actually added a little one again. So if she drops - I kill the weakest one. Keep the higher one. Now discipline. Increase lot size within risk and wait @ 1.0580, 1.0630 and 1.0680 - total investment then 1.5 lots or $ 15.00/pip. First entries only $1.00/pip.
Next one $2.00/pip, then $4.00/pip, then $6.00/pip.

Set TP and then go fishing..

I'm only kidding..

Am keeping a close eye in her.. Will manage accordingly

Davit, check out the M tf on the GBP/CAD. Is that an engulfing or what? Threw down some for long term growth. Lookin' kinda ready to give some growth spurts as the commodity currencies....(CAD, NZD, AUD...I know you know that) are getting clocked.
