Monthly EU showing my trading bias.

I blocked in the annual trading ranges for the past 10 years and 2013, makes me wonder where all the money is, someone here will no doubt explain it to me?

Anyway, I looked at the chart, the range so far this year, the 20EMA swings and the brighter economic outlook in europe/uk and my bias is long as shown.

On the weekly chart, the descending triangle formation looks in a position for a breakout.
