but when i do my initial risk is only $50 or $100, the rest is a free ride, and i withdraw all the time from this account too, so losing 50% is really like losing significantly less than that


all im saying is i hope you aren't risking 50% of all the money you can afford to lose in your life.



1.318 would be a wonderful place to buy from, that stop might be too tight. only 6 pips under the swing low 1.3186

you can't tell people that you are risking 50% then... kinda throw them off

did you know? with 100:1 leverage, 50 pip stop, 100 pip TP, 10 wins in a row will give you a 100,000% gain.

its not impossible, people have done it, and since you aren't scalping, liquidity isn't an issue

yup I have 88 pretty obvious, that's why Im not going to trust it, will be need pretty good retests before would consider defending, it shes actually struggling where shes at now, to high to buy 20ish pips to bigger resist so to big a stop for a sell here but keeping eye on yen still she could pop hard, which should stop kiwi and aussie in their track, got 40 minutes to make up their mind Im gonna grab couple hr sleep

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to all this, I have been monitoring the eur/usd and trading it pretty well so far. The way I see it at the moment is to go sell long but to buy short. Is this compleletly stupid. It seems to me that the eur/usd will rise on the 5 - 15 min charts but in the longer run it looks like it will fall over the next couple weeks. Maybe I am utterly wrong.

But really I just wanted to know if you guys trading eur/usd ever open a long position to sell and a short position to buy?

It seems counter productive but at the same time seems like it can work.... Thoughts?
