Looking at a retracement on the H4 EURGBP, that spike just took it down to the 61.8 mark and now looks like turning up. Any comments? Do we think that it's going bullish again, continuing the upward trend since May?

The question is how much acceleration we are going to see when we get there.

If its a spike down, which is what I am expecting to happen some time soon, then 3070 will be sliced so fast that you will easily slide below 3000 and never come back to that level for a very very long time.

If its not a spike down, then we will probably be waiting at the 3070-3000 level for another week before deciding what to do.

In both cases a down trend is in effect, its just a question of how fast we are gonna go.

The 2 circles were drawn just to show that you can have a margin of error on the upward movement towards 3400 that can be caught by the second circle. Its just a different way to encompass boundaries of movement to just count for false breaks, but not nullify the main direction of rebound that the circles dictate.

going over some FX forecast from banks and came across this one form UBS

"EURGBP BULLISH There is a strong support at 0.8584, which is expected to hold like the previous time."

I think it may have been some stops from them that triggered the cascade lower
