Yes, forming up for a short. You didn't wait for the more proper wave with first leg down thru Dragon. Now we have it. When price breaks half SR, that is a go!

Yes agreed, it's not the correct wave. Correct wave looks like something that I drew on EJ. It's not the ideal, but I think it's the correct one.

AUD/CAD classic Sonic Trade Long

High volumes at the start of the first wave.
As price enters the dragon there is a high volume pullback.
This is then followed by a bullish candle with high volume.

As price breaks the dragon a bull candle appears

Qualify Classics with PVSRA

Ok, here is a close-up of GJ, which has caught some attention today. I have marked what we should be looking for. There were prior notable moves up, but the one I marked better coincides with the setup that subsequently formed. It is the setup we wait for, but it is the series of strikes up that clues us that a subsequent short setup might be a good one.

BTW, this is still a valid area to enter short.

Qualify Classics with PVSRA

Here is a possibility. The thing about this one to be aware of is the USD releases that are coming. They could motivate the bear MMs to push price back higher than anticipated in the attached picture, higher to resume heavier loading of shorts. So, at this point anyway, this is in the "stalking" stage only.

Qualify Classics with PVSRA

UCad is one with growing potential for a long trade. Again, with the USD releases coming, look what the MMs are doing. They are consolidating (means loading up) below the whole SR. They have had the price lower, but they bought enough to raise the price. Now they have moved the price lower again.

What PVSRA shows in the attached picture is bull MMs loading longs, which could be a precursor to a Classic long setup. The dragon is flat, but there is a PA wave, so this warrants stalking, even if things slack off and drag out for another day, with another pull down and another PA wave setup.

Be careful with the waves that you are drawing... most of them are not proper waves... You have to look for a valid L,H,HL or H, L LH, not a two candle wave...

GBP/CHF Classic Sonic R Short Trade

  1. High volume at the High
  2. High volume at the low which goes through the dragon
  3. High volume at the Lower high
  4. And then the price breaks the EMA with the dragon slanting downwards

GBUJPY bulls or bears? Truly it is unclear if MM bears or bulls, there is no signs on M1 showing that MM trying to drive the price to whole number either as bulls or bears. So it is unclear, it is best to wait and see.
