Continuing from my last post

It is really 2 trades with 2 take profits but I am taking more agressive MM approach.

Im trading double of what my lot amount should be with my first TP (25 pips) being a very high probability target of R:R =1


TP2 is Risk1 :Reward 2


Total for today 4 trades.

#1 - +26
#2- BE
#3- +26
#4- BE --

Trade #4 got stopped at BE by like 1 pip by my Trade Manager, as it can be seen at the 15 min chart

I just arrive to this site
I study - use - reed and do a lot of think like the other member to made profitable trade in fx, and the result BIG CRASH to my poket, but I still belive if other can , I ccan to.

second I reed a lot of info and donwload the file to use
I understand the folosofia that the Big E made to trade away from NY, by this moment I see potencial entry in e/u sell, but I don't understand very well where is going to be the S/L and how I can calculate the profit target?

Thanks guys.

It has been a great week for 4H swing trading with a weak USD and s stronger Yen.
All the majors trended nicely giving good R's trades.
Too early for reversal and it is Friday now. Wait for consolidation before we see the next big move.
Patience is very important to win consistently in this forex game.
Reading some of the posts made this week, I see a few very new to trading and do not know how this forex market works.
Even one with many years in this forex market do not have the temperament required to be trader.

It has been said over and over again. You want to trade TMS, you must read and study the posts by eelfranz and know the rules for entry and exit well. You need to know price action and support and resistance. These will show you why some trades in the above the TDI 68 and below TDI 32 levels will succeed and why others will fail.

It is too easy to look at others posted trades and try to repeat the way their trades were taken without indepth understanding of price action and where the support and resistance are. There is a thought process and you must develop that.

After long wait, NU got hit my 35 pips target. It may not have enough energy to break yesterday's high.... Have a nice weekend.

Some things to consider:

Reasons for shorting:
Daily trend is up, but at a resistance level of 1.3400 (see June High)
H4 trend is up, but this could be just a temporary pullback. See last week's high at 1.3344. (Resistance becomes support).
Nice angle on TDI, coming from 68.

Reasons for not shorting:
Daily trend is up.
H4 trend is up.

My challenge is to reconcile conflicting information like this. Phx62 once stated however, that you should look for reasons to take the trade, rather than reasons not to take the trade. If you were going to enter the short, then entry should have been on the 2nd red candle. May be too late now.

Good point, didn't use 4H High and Low yet .. will try next time For the short entry i think you have 2 options :
1. At the open of the #2 candle
2. With a order just under de blue IB

I just started testing it so far from being an expert, hope it helps !

I would like to add that it's friday so better stay out I think. And if you are starting don't try to find the counter-trend opportunities, they are harder to spot Read everything again that Eelfranz posted

One EJ H1 trade today....I had to close it manually since I am headed to work and because price pulled back from yesterday's London session low that has already been tested and failed twice before.....price did not quite reach my 100 pip TP.....closed manually for 88 pips. Entry was taken on a break below the second candle of London. The high of the session was set by the first candle which pulled back....the second candle also tested and pulled back......entry was taken based on these pullbacks.......the TDI had not crossed yet but was sloping down.....M15 TDI had crossed and was on the third red candle.

I saw you took that yesterday hence the question, my chart was from today and time has answered my question!!! trade what we see and the tdi tells us not what we think....

Entry was short at green arrow for a really good 50 pip plus trade, price did not bounce were I asked the question...

I guess there could have been a shout for an entry on the white arrow if pa showed the way but this time short was the entry a couple of hours earlier (green arrow)
