Regardless, it is a matter of the language in his opening statement in regards to the economy and any change in language regarding the forward guidance.
At the end of it, the market will decide if he was less or more dovish than last time.
Two meetings ago he said
1. Expect the economy to recover in second half of the year
2. Monetary policy remains highly accommodative
3. Liquidity is in excess of 200 billion and expected to remain elevated
Last meeting he said
1. Expect economy to recover later in the second half of this year
2. Monetary policy will remain extremely accommodative for an extended period of time
3. Liquidity is still in excess of 200 billion but has contracted.
So now I expect him to say
1. Expect economy to recover slightly in the 4th quarter of this year with more recovery in 2014
2. Monetary policy will remain extremely accommodative for an extended period of time
3. Liquidity has further contracted to close to 200 billion
