Do you mean banks put sell orders at those higher levels or buy-stop orders. if sell order then why would market makers push the price to buy at those high levels. I am sure you have something important when you say this but i am not able to grasp.

Also in forex, is it not true that big banks are the market makers themselves as there is no exchange so it is really a otc interdealer market where each dealer (i.e. bank) is streaming prices where they want to buy and sell.

Market makers are those charged with responsibility to assure market liquidity. Their compensation is by way of commissions on the orders they match up for execution. And also, when they see they have an opportunity to manipulate price to where big orders can be filled, they can place their own trade to profit from the move they are going to make. And, gee, if these turds are part of a "liquidity provider" big, major bank with it's own Trading Desk, do you not think that is a conflict of interests?

Love how they keep bringing EUR/USD higher. That pair just doesn't want to go lower while AU drops 300+ pts and GU drops 200+ pts, the euro goes higher haha.

! Danger HIGH VOLATILITY Danger !

Coming today are multiple USD high impact releases. They might be the "catalyst" the MMs have been waiting for to begin some runs. We cannot be sure of anything, except if PVSRA is giving clear indications as to what the MMs are; bulls or bears. That is all we can know and sometimes that is not as clear as we'd like it to be. So the possibility for high volatility is something we must pay attention to! Why? Draw downs and opportunity are the reasons. I would recommend against further adding to open trades until we "see the whites of their eyes". If we add now, then we might not be able to add at a much better price later, because a much better price later also means at a time of greater draw down, maybe during a whipsaw event. So, don't add to that problematic situation. Keep the rest of your powder dry for now.

EU & Market Comment

I have said this before, and want to say it again as I watch the price action on and following the current price spike upwards. It seems truly odd that the bear MMs can find sufficient stupid longers to make so much business up here! Really, are there real "long" pending orders up here that the MMs are taking the short side of? That is difficult to believe. This continues to be an area of thought that breeds suspicion about the liquidity providing banks and market makers in this non-regulated forex market.

Don't get me wrong. I am not complaining. The forex market is a Godsend compared to the "self-regulated, " stock market and all of its phony derivatives that have caused so much problems, and which the same self-regulating "Thieves of Wall Street" are anxious to gear up doing again! Not to mention the counterfeited shares they dump into the market whenever they want to drive prices down (naked shorting)! The evil in the stock markets, with all it's myriad creations, is so entrenched and arrogant it doesn't even bother to hide itself.

With it's maybe hidden "evils", the forex market is the only place to be trading.

Thanks TAH. totally agree market is manipulated to the advantage of anyone who can affect the prices. PVSRA is cleanest tool we have to get a fighting chance. Without it we are just being played by banks/MMs.

Market Comment:

The market (lackey market makers doing their "Boss Banks" bidding) have just been on SL hunting sprees, filling the boss's orders on some pairs. This is a precusror to something. The start of that "something" might or might not wait until next week. Tomorrow should begin one of the more interesting of Thursday-Fridays.

Agree 100% with this. It's mind boggling at times but shouldn't be because it's obvious stuff.

I really like this thread, and the money management is very sound...but I question the methodology...
TAH has 25 positions open on euro/dollar...this method has missed a 300 pip up from lowest position of 1.3023...I'd currently be looking at a huge drawdown on my account unless I space my entries better ie...50 pips apart...where is the stop loss? 200 pips? 300 pips? What if the euro heads to 1.37...it seems to me that this method is entering and waiting for price to turn in your favour...that could be quite a whole where u don't make money

End of the month comment

Well, end of the month again. Not a very realistic time to look at the statistics because I have tons of orders opened, but if I look to my balance, I have to be happy. If I look to the sum of my closed orders this month, I achieved 9200 pips, reaching the 8000pips target I put myself for July. That is a 29.1% return, quite happy and quite awesome for me.

Of course, that is not 100% real, because I have orders opened and EU, UJ and NU are in negative, so my equity is around 7200 pips with a 22% return and a max DD of 12.6% (reasonable, way better money management). So, nice month for me. August will be different because it's the month with less liquidity as you know, but let's give it a try!

Great job regardless. Keep it up. Profit Factor of 8.94 is hot, and any return >20% per month is exceptional, especially within the event today with the EURUSD. I'd go drinking tonight.
