Without drilling way down on the tiny waves (which I'm not good at anyway), C wave 4 of 5 is still valid. On my chart, I need to see a 4 hr close below 1.3249 to technically invalidate(and with alternate scenarios a close below 1.3165 would confirm). With the huge event risk tomorrow, a potential pop to the upside is there. This POS just won't die.

A good reason to always consider all the possibilities and act on the most likely one based on current PA

Wedge is broken, but I would feel more comfy when the 200 hour MA is broken

Sorry guys, I saw this as typical average to low volume Frankies Hour chop....actually a bear climax bar in a hammer, so an intra day buy for me to take whatever Mr Market will give me - and right now, that's not a lot whilst we await Signore Draghi tomorrow lunchtime.....

Good catch

I'm staying away until the market shaking news is done and dusted. This Euro Zombie is looking for any excuse to go up and is ignoring any bad news that comes its way. Looks to me that it wants to visit 3330/40 before it is ready to drop.

Thanks.....I can understand you keeping away - this is my first € trade this week, I've been in Cable and UJ which have been easier to plunder - but even there, the ID swings have only been 30 - 50 pips, so pickings haven't been great. Still two or three trades a day are sufficient for my weekly 250 pip minimum

PS closed at 3286 - high (tick) volumed 5m shooting star.....time for coffee

If Draghi doesn't cut rates and the NFP is not fantastic, then most probably the best pairs to trade will be Aussie and cable vs USD

Depending on how perky I'm feeling, I usually start my day pre FO looking at the Aussie and UJ to see if I can plunder a few early pips as the Australasian session winds down, so I'll keep a better watch there. Don't forget that tonight we have Helicopter Ben again and the dollar - via Swissy - is looking weak this morning......perhaps the Big Dogs helping it down whilst loading up on longs

The rout in USD/CHF is quite welcome, because the more it gravitates to fundamentally ridiculous lows, the more bulls will be waiting to pull the trigger to create a nice wave up for us surfers to ride on
