Make your trend lines execute your orders

I just wanted to share the screenshot of this program. I contacted the author and he helped me use the correct version - TRENDLINE_EA_v36. The original did not close my orders - this one works for me. All I need was BUY, SELL, and CLOSE option when creating by TREND or HORIZONTAL Line.


FYI, for lot size, you can use .01, .1, 1.0 type increments...

Somebody here?

I'm using TrendLine_EA_v37.mq4 for my strategy and I'd like to know if two description can be put in one line like "ptclose- AND tsell-1.00" or not.
I want it in one line but I do it in two lines at the moment, it is all over again and just troublesome.
I wish I could make it in just one TL.
If somebody can help, I'd appreciate.

I guess I'm a bit perplexed. Are there dll's associated with this EA? I've downloaded it into my experts file, and it shows up in the Experts/Navigator window. But when I try to attach it to a chart, nothing happens. It just seems to be non-functional.

Am I the only one having this problem?

if you swich of your pc the ea don't work you need vps

you can use I on all TF
This EA is not a Robot but an automation for the MT4 platform

Thanks, but that didn't address my question. I am using a vps, not my pc. When attaching it to a chart, nothing happens. So I can't even get it to work at all. What specific instructions are you referring to in the "examples" that would explain why it won't even attach to a chart? (I am not a newbie.)

look for an ordermanager ea with trailingstop-function, use forumsearch and/or google:

I like this trendline EA. It has a scale out Take Profit at price level, is there a Take Profit for Trailing stop ?

This may sound a silly question. I have downloaded the TrendLine_trade_EA onto my screen but cannot get the box to amend the horizontal line.

Once I drop the EA, I clicked on the Horizontal Line icon but the line is drawn without the box allowing to specify for example tclose-1.0

I can see many of you have shown this on your worked examples.

If someone has a few minutes to guide me in the right direction, it would much appreciated.

Hi Tranco,

Would you please add Order# or Magicnumber for the close function eg. tclose/cclose-0.1_12345678
so it will not interupt and close the other open orders (eg. the non TrendLine_EA's orders).

Hey Guys, does anyone has the complete manual for all the functions/variables ?

I only know tbuy/tsell, cbuy/csell, and tclose/cclose.. what about the rest ptclose- , pcclose- , tic-tclose- , tic-cclose- , atbuy- , acsell- etc.
