Dear May,

In three months from the date of deposit by bank card, you can withdraw your funds through wire transfer, if you haven't used other payment systems to replenish your account.

Meanwhile you can make deposits via other payments systems, and withdraw money in proportion equal to sums of these deposits. But note the following: deposits made by bank card must be refunded or it must be more than 3 months since the date of making deposit by card.

Updated Client Agreement

Dear clients and partners!

In order to improve our operations and keep our founding legal documents, which govern the business relationships that arise between us and our clients, in line with the company's growth rate, EXNESS regularly makes changes and additions to the Client Agreement and its appendices which are an integral part thereof.

Updated Client Agreement (public offer) became available for review and acceptance on July 19, 2013.

The main changes and additions had to do with the following paragraphs of the Client Agreement and its appendices:

1. Paragraph 9.7 of Client Agreement — removed information about the restriction on the frequency of requests to execute trades, because said restriction has been lifted;
2. Subparagraph 20.2.b of the General Business Terms, paragraph 7.7 of the Partner Agreement - removed information about share CFDs, because at present the company does not offer trading services for this type of financial instrument;
3. Chapter 5 of the Partner Agreement: added paragraphs g-k — clarified the introducing broker's obligations with respect to advertising related to EXNESS.

You can learn more about these changes and additions to the Client Agreement on the "Legal information" page of our official website.

The updated documents enter into force 15 calendar days from the day of their official publication on the EXNESS website.

Dear clients and partners! If you do not agree with the terms of the Updated Client Agreement, within 15 days from the publication of this announcement you must send notice that you are closing your account to [email protected] or to the following address: Loft 503, 8 Commerce Street, Cbd, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand. If your notice is not received at either of the above addresses within 15 days from the date of publication of this news, the Updated Client Agreement will automatically be deemed to have your approval.

Now one more problem from Exness;
I have not get my money via CC refund for 8 days !!! What kind of a broker are you? always there is problem for everything. I emailed them and they said it takes "30" days despite on their website they write it takes 3-5 days. Is there anyone get refund after 30 days ???

Please GETAWAY from Exness if you do not want to loose !!!

Credit card deposits are obviously tricky with Forex because of all the laundering risk... Anyways I dont think i ever deposited more than 100$ by cc.. the fees are just too high, its a no brainer to use e-wallets or even wire...
I have received transfers of 3k$ by exness... i dont think your 100$ is worth saying they are crooks.
If you aim for the stars- but miss, you still get the moon...

Realities;
1) I could not get my money !!!
2)Despite they write it takes 3-5 days withdraw now they are saying it can take "30" days. !!!
3)Very rude withdraw policy for make withdraw I made one more deposits !!!
4)I do not care who get his or her money but I couldn't.
Which criteria should you take? Bad one or good one while you are choosing broker ?

Also I have never had problem like these one, which I made deposit and withdraw with Pepperstone !!!

We are sorry about the inconvenience.

The date of 30 days is the maximum term of the refund, which is established by the VisaMastercard payment systems.

In fact, the actual term depends on the bank you use. Usually refunds take up to 5 days to be reflected on the customer account.

My bank take refund many times before and they have never be more than "3 days". When I called them they said "past refunds there were no problems but this time it is not on us, call your broker !!!". So it is on you not my bank. Pepperstone also use visa and master but they do this as much as 3 days.
Please do something and fix it!!!

Thanks alot for your interest Dicetrading. Everybody should be carefull about withdraw while choosing broker, my money is not so much big but what if it had been ?? Just think about this.

istant withdrawal is the real advantage of them. however this stuff with CC is quite a common thing among all the brokers (at least the ones I tried). all the withdrawals which are going through the banks takes a lots of time. that's why I use WM or neteller for my funds. actually, only with e-payment sys.s you can make deposits/withdrawal automatically.

Since when "market maker" did become a curse?

as I rememeber, always if you don't trade on ECN account, you trade by market maker. of course it influence your execution, cause only by MM you can get the instant one. from the other side on interbank you can't get any requotes. so that's a matter of taste, nothing more. that's why I don't like ecn, and trade on mini account - big leverage, instant and exact execution.
