$25 is the commission for $1 million of trades in one direction. Based on this ratio the commission is calculated for each transaction. When you open an order the commission is taken for its closure too. For example, if you open and then close 1 lot USDJPY, the total commission will be $5 for opening and closing a position.

We are already regulated by FSPR. EXNESS is entered in the Financial Service Provider Register of New Zealand as a supplier of financial services under the number 3570551.

What concerns FMA, at present time our company is in process of joining this regulator.

Dear Exness,

i just found this problem two weeks ago & until now I realise the problem is still there. all news returned "Empty". the attached picture the left side is from exness & the right side is from IBFX, IBFX has not encounter any of this problem. please fix this.

I saw EUR/USD spreads when up to 7.9 and higher!

Yes 7.9! Spread of EUR/USD is 7.9! I'm not sure if you understand. I have to repeat this because customer support has the tendency to brush my comments off all the time.

I quickly refresh exness.com site and it was also shown on the spreads column that EUR/USD is 7.9

What is happening and will it continue because I am really looking for another broker.

Due to this news you could watch big price movements. As you know spread in our company is dynamic, so it can widen during the news releasing.
