Is the problem only with Liberty Reserve or other e-payments system are affected? For example okpay or skrill can still be used instead?

MT4 shows price very slow, and i can not make a trade, always tips price is changed.

I can not contact live support, becoz the button of enter is grey and invalid.

Raising margin requirements for metals instruments

Dear clients and partners!

We would like to inform you that, beginning 6/20/13, at EXNESS the margin requirements for all forex account types will double for metals instruments, i.e. for pairs that include gold and silver (XAU and XAG).

The following table shows an example of the upcoming change to margin requirements for Mini accounts using the XAUUSDm instrument:

EXNESS is lowering the margin requirements for ECN accounts

EXNESS is cutting the margin requirements for ECN accounts in half. This raises the number of trading strategies available to traders because of the increased free margin. With this in mind, EXNESS asks its clients to review the new leverage values given in the table below.

Now for accounts with less than 200,000 USD, the maximum leverage allowed is 1:200. The maximum leverage size remains the same (1:100) for fund amounts more than 200,000 USD. Thus, the leverage offered by the company is one of the highest for ECN accounts among FOREX brokers in the same category.

The decision to lower margin requirements on ECN accounts is intended only to create pleasant working conditions for the company's clients.

You can change your leverage value in the Settings section of your Personal Area.

There is no satisfactory answer through online chat on Exness website. I am interested in opening ECN account but before this i wanted to test trial account.

I have reported multilple times about the absence of activity. Exness representative told me that there was maintenace on Demo servers. Then i asked them to provide me the days when there will be no maintenace. I donot have any answer from Exness representative . I can not open ECN account blindly without any testing on Demo(Trial) account.

I have one chat with your representative who told me that they do not have such information in other words they have no answer of my question. If you want i can post that chat here for proof.

I will wait for your reply.

We bring our apologies for the inconvenience. These maintenances were caused by the temporary problem of the liquidity provider. Now all the systems work in normal conditions, and you can continue testing your account.

Because this problem was not caused by our company actions, there was probably some misunderstanding in the live chat, and our representative was not able to provide you with all the information straight away. We are sorry about that, and we hope, that it will not influence your trading experience in our company.

They are not reliable !! They did not give my money back which is same amount of my deposits !!!
It is not fairly and right !!!
They said they have technical problem first then said they can not make refund my cc cos of I did not do enough trades !!!
And for these problem I am putting my live chat dialog photos please look them,

You have made the deposit using bank card. According to Transaction regulations, which one you have approved by opening the trading account, «in the case of usage bank card, the first withdrawal is processed by means of cancelling of payment processed via bank card» (paragraph 16.1).

You have tried to withdraw your funds using "Skrill" ("Monebookers") and transaction was unsuccessful due to the conditions of withdrawal mentioned above.
On July 15 your funds were automatically refunded to your bank card, as you can see in your Personal Area.

Indeed our processing bank had the technical problem, what might cause a delay in completing transactions to your bank card. The specialists have already fixed that.

My advice for you; make more search. First I tried it via CC but when your system rejected me then used Moneybookers. The
problem is your withdraw policy!!
You need to change it.

Probably, when you have tried to withdraw all the funds the first time, you could not to do it, because you did not have all the required sum on your account (the part of the sum was charged as a commission), that's why you must have deposited additional money. After you did it, you could make the refund.

Some difficulty in the withdrawal system is caused by the hight requirements in our company to the financial security of our Clients, which is also a common practice around the world.
Come on guys, I know exness can be quite strict and unfriendly sometimes, but I have been with them since november, I have many stories to tell about them.

Some good, some bad, some ugly.

I really cannot wait for other BROKER TO OFFER INSTANT WITHDRAWALS so I can diversify my broker PORTFOLIO!

Come ON ALREADY, exness, can you please teach other brokers how you manage to do instant withdrawals? Cause that's the only thing keeping me with you.

Your withdraw policy is not common policy, hopefully. What about if i loose more Money and want to take it back? Under
these conditions, i can not . Your company said " fund one more time to get your money back by this way you can charge
more fees from deposits. As i said it is not fairly!!
