In a new Bloomberg survey, 24 of 54 economists (44%) believe that the Fed will reduce QE3's scale to $65 billion a month at its September policy meeting.

FIRST TARGET : 1.2750 (1 MONTH LATER)
SECOND TARGET : 1.2440 (3 MONTHS LATER WHEN FED DECREASE QE)
THIRD TARGET : 1.2050 (END OF 2013)
