I don't get it. I really don't. I have never, in my life had a risk greater than 100 pips. Usually from the daily... depending on the currency... 60-80 pips is plenty of breathing room.

Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke's dovish remarks have emphasized that the U.S. central bank's bond buying will continue in some form and interest rates are likely to remain low for the foreseeable future.





Analysts, however, said the dollar would likely strengthen in the coming months against currencies such as the euro, sterling and the yen because the Fed is expected to be the first major central bank to make its policy less accommodative.

FXpivot was Acumens deal..I never paid a dime into that. He "gave" me his system to attempt to trade. Which I did and lost $1500 but may not have used his system correctly.
There was no stop loss on that long when I posted. I saved ass charts on my laptop and would check in about once every 2 months or so..it's taken awhile to move all the lines and so forth onto live charts and I am just know getting more serious into it again.
We'll see how it goes.

What the heck are you talking about? I'm not an author and never claimed to be..go back and read my posts. The FX pivot point was basically an indicator and a moving average or something. NOT rocket science or some magic system..it was something that I tried.

I was always bullish on the yuro.. I can't believe I'm now fixated on shorts.. I have to go get myself checked. That being said, still no longs, not from here..

I think EURO it is always long trend! Think this: E just few years old currency and didnt show highest highs yet. Like everything it tends to grow. So in long term and longer period of time E always in long trend!! My 2 C

Hey Attilla, when the market is going against your longer term bias for now, do you resort to scalping to make an income? or is your trading based off making bigger pips in setups that you look to play out for larger profits?
