yap and ... 4H tf has confirmed there is... false break to the upside
( there's butterfly also in lower time frame at the prev top actually )

How do you decide the trade, which one is applicable
i believe there are other combinations of signals needed for deciding. i have been watching harmonics and sometimes, it just keep changing and no point having confirmation only after pattern is confirmed.

That's actually Gbp/Aud screen shot cut out the gbp part actually most of the left side of my screen lol but you guys get the idea

bullish shark to bearish 5:0 pattern ( blue area) ? and continue to D from C as long as today's low broken ?

if today's low not broken ..... are we going to re test the resistance once again ??

Hey iqyu, I've been following/trying to learn harmonic patterns for a few weeks now.. And the translation into currency pairs can at times confuse me. I was wondering whats your take on very corresponding currencies, such as the /yens

As in the USD/GBP/EUR////JPY's tend to swing very similarly.. While yet the ratios don't tend to correlate exactly (seeing as pattern trading entry tends to be very regulated) .. How is a person supposed to approach that type of conflicting data.. Right now I'm seeing a bearish (i tihnk butterfly) on the 1 hour GBP/JPY

(i know your projecting a potential completion.. this just brought up a good time for me to ask someone in here cause it's been bothering my mind for a bit now haha ><

How do you calculate the distance between the points? I use MT4 and cannot figure it out ...all help would be appreciated as I am studying harmonics.

Thanks for the kind words Cntrader. With regard to the butterfly comment, I was led to believe that for a butterfly, AB = 78%XA.
Is that not the case?

Anyway, just noticed this pretty one: potential Bullish Cypher/Shark on Eur/jpy M5
Quite a few harmonics on this pair I notice!
(My colour coding if anyone cares: crab = red, gartley = green, cypher = blue, shark = purple.)

here is the link that i use : link 1 , link 2 and link 3. the last link is where i learn about s/r , risk reward ratio and how to interprete false break that i combine with harmonic in prz

hi .. am just using fibonacci retracement tool in mt4 for manual drawing to calculate the distance between point

there is indi providing automatic distance calculation between points.. called zup indicator. u can browse in FF or try to know poruchik, a russian.. he is a friend of NEN ( the zup programmer ) . he is best in zup application

that's information that i have ..
