tried a long at 9000 on this oversold illiquid piece of aussie


we need a weekly retrace wave soon. thought it was going to be this week but, obviously it was a fakeout..


next week?

Technical Move,

And the H4 had to cycle down again.........

When you see multiple TF's have the 8,3,3 Stochastic drop below the 20% Line ALL AT THE SAME TIME...........!

Then a move like this is almost a sure deal.............

H1 had a little divergence but not much....

A Bollinger squeeze was slightly happening on all tf's also....

There is more downside to this, I am only catching a short term bounce here................

Well I will not post "I told you" thing but just stay safe while longing! Don't trust RSI,MACD etc lagging indicators! Most of the time you get burned out. Even though they show "oversold" you can see another 200 pip drop!

Best example is move from 11/6/13 to 20/6/13

I can smell the similarity! That time too the upward move crossed the upper channel trade line where most of the traders said "this is it" about reversal and within next week it touched .916 from .966 a 500 pip move!

Anyways! I am done with this week! Wish you all a happy weekend!

Bought .90 based on weekly chart, being Friday entry might get hammered may have to wait for next week to decide on targets

we need daily closes above the july 7 and july 8 low, and bulls have another chance next week

2nd half of last year range was 1.01 to 1-06

perhaps this 2nd half range is 90 - 95
afterall the banks have 90 as their low except a few who said 85 is low..

I like this 90 level here for a bounce but would not be surprised if it gets to 848.

8769.1 = swing low

8916.6 = last bearish monthly close

8901.3 = daily S3 level


8500 is possible but i think it will be the divergence low, not the first low, meaning first we swing higher..
perhaps 400-500 pips of correction, then another 800-1000 pips down, then aussie bear is over, and carry trade will start again

lifetime 50.0% fib is at 8550 or so...
and 61.8% extension of OCT 2011 to FEB 2012 is at 8470 or so..

very nice confluence there

somebody knows what happened??....spike to 0.9132, 13 hrs ago...now 0.90615
